1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted, where you are, to take part in the activities this service offers. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case; we cannot advise you on it. One account per person.

2. Your account

Your account is personal to you. Keep your mobile number, OTP and MPIN to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell support immediately if you believe someone else has access. Accounts found to be shared, duplicated, or opened with someone else's details may be suspended.

3. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals

• Funds in your wallet are held for play and payout. They do not earn interest.
• A deposit is credited once the payment provider confirms it, not when your app says the payment was sent.
• Withdrawals go to a destination you have saved, subject to published minimum and maximum amounts, and may require verification before they are paid.
• We may hold or reverse a transaction where there is evidence of fraud, a payment dispute, or a technical error that credited an amount in error.

4. Bids and settlement

• A bid is final once submitted. It cannot be edited, cancelled or refunded at request.
• Bids are accepted only before that half's cutoff. A bid placed after the cutoff, or on a day a market does not run, is refused.
• Payouts are made at the rate snapshotted onto the bid when it was placed. Published rates are on the Game Rates page.
• If a draw declares no result, bids on that draw are refunded in full.
• Where a result is later corrected at source, we may re-settle the affected draw and adjust wallets accordingly.

5. Results and charts

Results and charts are published for information. We take care to verify every number against multiple sources, but we do not warrant that the published record is complete or free of error, and nothing on the site is a prediction or a recommendation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, reverse-engineer the app, use automated tools to place bids, or exploit a bug rather than report it. Doing any of these may result in suspension and forfeiture of a balance obtained through it.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that shows signs of fraud or money laundering. Where an account is closed without breach, any legitimate balance is returned to you.

8. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it, from an interruption or delay, or from a third party's act — including losses from bids you chose to place. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Responsible play

This is a game of chance and it carries financial risk. Stake only what you can afford to lose, never borrow to play, and stop if it stops being entertainment. Support can close your account on request.
